Chapter 1
PARABLE OF THE IGNORANT TEACHERS
By
The Man Who Saw God Face To Face
Raphael Okechukwu Nweze
“Let them alone: they are the blind leaders of the blind.
And if the blind lead the blind,
both shall fall into the ditch (pit)”
Mathew 15:14
What is more? Whoever that follows a blind man,
makes himself a blind fellow.

A NOTE OF CONCERN
The narrations below do not mean that our reverend ministers are not doing well. The narrations are meant to help us understand how far behind children of God are in the ladder of spiritual growth. While the author wishes our beloved ministers more power to their elbow, rise from grace to grace and from glory to glory, everybody is hereby enjoined to support all efforts for the spiritual growth of mankind, irrespective of church, fellowship, ministry or organization leading in the efforts.
People claim to be so holy, so good, so devoted, but they lack good knowledge of Spiritual Science, which the reverend ministers cannot, and do not, provide. And I repeat, “Every minister of God, who is not trained in Spiritual Science, is like a thief stealing from the vineyard of God. And all the souls stolen by them end up in the hell fire.”
All genuine religions should be paths that lead people Home – Truth, which is God Almighty. And If people can be genuine, they would be able to work together. But, no. Majority are selfish, ignorant and lazy. The selfishness blurs their understanding of life and prevents them from knowing the Truth about God and life.
At times, members of different religions argue on which religion or church is the best. Also, members and leaders of a religious group plot and rise against the members of other religions. All these are abominations, however well the offenders defend their reasons and actions.
You were sent to the world to rid yourself every form of selfishness, to rid yourself of the craze for power and fame. But instead of developing along the intended line, people are busy everyday building up these negative tendencies, the very things they are expected to avoid. How ignorant people are. And the religious leaders worsen the situations, by misleading people with blind religious beliefs and practices.
Any minister of God who does not, and cannot, communicate with the Holy Spirit, from time to time, should not be anointed or ordained a minister of God. All the while, ignorant religious leaders have enjoyed public respect and honour simply because majority of the people are spiritually ignorant. Everybody, including Catholic Priests, Bishops, Cardinals and Pope; Anglican Teachers, Deacon, Bishops and Archbishop; new generation Reverend Pastors, Superintendent and General Overseers, should and must, study Spiritual Science and Practice. In fact, to tell them the truth, most of them have not yet achieved 40% pass mark in their records in heaven. How can you be teaching about God when you are ignorant of spiritual realities of life.
WHAT IS TRUTH LIKE?
Truth is like the sun,
radiant and visible in all directions.
Shining alike unto all the ends of the world.
Every living thing uses it
as it wishes.
And yet, the sun is not exhausted.
So is the Truth
For everyone who desires
can know the Truth by himself.
That is the goodness of the Lord,
His abundant mercies and generousity.
But see the irony of the ignorant:
A man who is God’s image and likeness,
powerful and radiant like the sun,
prefers to keep himself busy
by begging for a piece of red-hot charcoal.
PARABLE OF THE IGNORANT TEACHERS
A school was famous for its excellence. Therefore, a Council of Elders sent a wise man to investigate the greatness of the school.
When the wise man got to the school, he acted a blind man, using his walking stick as a guide. He was led to the school head, and taken round the classes for free will contributions.
When he returned, the elders wanted to know his findings.
“What is the school like?” asked the leader of the elders.
“Behold,” said the wise man, “I met ignorant teachers feeding ignorant children with lies.”
“The school head,” asked another elder, “what is he doing about it?”
“His own is worst,” replied the wise man. “For while the ignorant teachers teach what they do not know, he is busy encouraging them, instead of correcting them.”
“We will not believe you,” remarked a third elder, “unless you show us a convincing proof.”
“Very easy,” answered the wise man. “For while I saw the nakedness of the school, they believed I was blind.” Then he poured out the currency notes and coins that were given to him.
“We shall not accept these gifts,” remarked one of them, “because they were given out of falsehood and obtained by falsehood.”
“Correct!” exclaimed the wise man. “You asked me for one evidence, and now he has provided more two.”
“You mean to say that the teachers know little or nothing?” asked the leader.
“I can understand,” answered one of the elders,” that they know little or nothing.”
“Not only too little,” continued the wise man. “Also, they mix the little with their general ignorance to produce …”
“Confusion …!” answered all elders in unison.
“Then what shall we do?” asked the leader. “To kill them all?”
“No! Never!” said the wise man. “Leave them alone. They are babies still in the womb of ignorance. Only the penetrating light of knowledge can awaken and empower them to crack their self-constructed prison of ignorance.”
“Bring the gifts to the altar,” ordered an unseen voice. “And pray over it, for love, mercy and generosity of the Most High.”
Quickly, the elders took the currency notes and coins to the altar in their midst. And in silence, they all rose and stood round the table. Then they stretched their hands over the gifts, in silent prayers and benedictions.
From the midst of the gifts pure white smoke ascended to the throne of God. And a candlelight came down and stood on the gifts, and there was light everywhere, as well as flashes of lightening and rumblings of thunder.
"The lamp of the body is the eye (the spirit is the real self).
If therefore your eye is good (if you know the truth and abide by it),
your whole body will be full of light (divine brightness and glory).
But if your eye is bad (if you do not know the truth and abide by it),
your whole body will be full of darkness (ignorance).
If therefore the light that is in you is darkness (ignorance),
how great is that darkness (very terrible is your spiritual state)!
Matthew 6:22-23
Consider yourself ignorant, until you know God as Spirit and Truth.
PARABLE OF THE WILL POWER
Consider a situation in which many people were asked to travel to a far away city on a mountain top. Some walked, while others ran. Also, many moved in different kinds of automobiles: many rode on motorcycles, some drove in cars, while others boarded ship or plane. Even, some disappeared from the source country and immediately appeared inside the city on the mountain top.
An observer turned to their Guardian and said, “You are not fair to these people, for you have empowered some better than others.”
The Guardian replied, “You are ignorant of the Truth. Each was given the same will-power, free will and free choice. Whatever the best did, the others can as well do. You should rather praise God, who is so patient as to wait for the last man.”
YOUR BELIEF IS YOUR KEY
What Is Belief Like? It is like a key. A key is a symbol of authority. The person who has the key determines when to open or close the door. When the door is open, many things pass through the door, and when the door is closed and locked, nothing goes in or out. Such is the power of the key. It is small, but mighty.
Likewise, your belief is a key: it either opens the door for you or locks you out. Belief makes your eyes to see, while unbelief closes your eyes and thereby, makes your spirit blind. On several occasion, Jesus emphasized the importance of belief. He often would say, “According to your faith be it done to you.”
PARABLE OF THE GLORIOUS MESSENGERS
There was a nation of several tribes. Out of ignorance and selfishness, they often quarreled among themselves. The Gods decided to help them out. Therefore, they selected a messenger for every tribe, from the midst of the wise ones. All the messengers were given the same message and doctrines for their respective tribes. The messengers went, delivered their messages and returned. Still the tribes quarreled among themselves. All because each thinks it is the best tribe, and no tribe was wise and humble enough to discover that all the tribes have one God and the same religion, in different manifestations. So it is with the different religions of the world. Even so, Today!
